For the newest location of the Therme Group in Bad Vilbel, Germany, we developed a complete menu concept aligned with the site’s focus on well-being and health. The central challenge was cultural: traditional swimming pool food in Germany is strongly associated with grilled sausages and French fries — elements that could not simply be removed without losing acceptance.

Working closely with the Therme Group, we developed healthier alternatives that respect familiar eating habits while introducing contemporary approaches to nutrition and well-being. The resulting menu is based on current research and trends in health-conscious food, while remaining rooted in regional preferences and sourcing. Local producers and farmers were actively integrated, ensuring that the menu reflects both modern health standards and the local way of eating.
